Id bet we could make our own clothing, relatively easily. I will have to make my own, why not, shirts are made of patterns sewn together, i can sew(rudimentily i admit, but still). I dont own any linen yet but i do have some organic cotton shirts that are my go to for comfort on days off. In the winter, i have organic wool, socks, shirts, underwear, etc. I have decent boots that have wool lining and 100% leather. But of course rubber soles. I will likely use copper to make them able to ground me while wearing. Ill post whatever i do on Matts telegram.

There are so many great, natural ways to take care of oral health. Coconut oil pulling and bee propolis are two other amazing options. I found my info on pinterest then took to a local apiary for propolis and made my own toothpaste. It's also important to look into WHY we have various forms of imbalance we have going on, to take a look at what we're eating and putting ON our bodies. Imbalance can come from a wide variety of things, but in my opinion, what we ingest and put on our bodies are two of the biggest culprits of imbalance...otherwise known as dis-ease in the conventional medical world.

@CultivateElevate I can't believe bamboo is on the low frequency list! I was just told last year that linen and bamboo were the only two safe materials we could use for clothing and sheets, so last Christmas our brother-in-law got us a set of 100% bamboo sheets and I love them so much because they're so comfortable and much more breathable than cotton. I am so disappointed to learn this, especially after seeing the price of these sheets and the price of the linen ones bc they're even more than these!
